Ordered a part for washer to include fixing. Had to pay up front £65. Paid on the Tuesday morning no news after ringing repeatedly leaving messages. No one returned my call until Friday. No part arrived yet!!! Promised to ring later that day or even Saturday as I had said it was urgent. Nothing!!!
Left messages Monday Tuesday Wednesday asking for money back. Still no one called back. Disgusting service

Phoned about fixing vacuum. Was told would phone me back that evening but never did. Phoned them 3 more times  leaving a message but never got back.

I paid for a new dishwasher to be installed in Oct 2017. I still don’t have it or my money back it is 4.3.18
