Went into O2 West Bromwich to upgrade my daughter’s phone. They asked if I had a Virgin media broadband contract to which I replied yes. I’ve been with Virgin media for over 18 years. The lady serving us put my address into the system and it wasn’t showing that my address had Virgin media broadband, she then went across to her colleague and told him that it was not showing up on the system and he proceeded to tell her that I was lying. I proceeded to show my email with my Virgin media bill and he looked like a deer caught in very bright headlights. He turned beetroot red and disappeared to the back of the shop and was not seen again. Shame on you!! Do not assume people are lying as it makes you look silly, when you are proved wrong. Embarrassing.

Hi, i used the o2 New Square store in West Bromwich for the first time to buy a new phone, as i entered the store i was greeted by a member of staff, who was very polite, i told him about the problem i had with my old phone and he introduced me to Amraj, Amraj help me choose a new phone , he wasn't a pushy sales man, like the one's I've dealt with in the past, Amraj spent at least 1 1/2 hrs transferring my data to the new phone, what a great job Amraj, I went back a couple of days later asking if Amraj could help with getting my Email set up on the phone, there was a little problem getting it, so his colleague Shannon got involved and between them its all sorted now. A Big thank you Amraj and Shannon I never got this support from my previous provider. well done O2 West Bromwich. regards Steve.
Worst customer service as they don’t want to see the customers and they don’t know how to deal with customers They need to improve the standard of their customer service They got attitude like we will ask them anything for free
Had a problem with my 02 account, went in to the 02 shop in West Bromwich, and a guy named Liam, helped me sort out my account. Thanx to Liam, can access my account at last Once again thanx Liam, top man, sorry if I took 2 much ur time
We were served immediately by a kind, listening employee. We had a problem with a phones data and we managed to get an iPhone 14 for £40 a month on 64GB! Our employee Amraj Singh was great as he showed us all the offers and explained everything amazingly.
If I could I would give a 0 or -1 star. I made a telephonic appointment for 3 pm and when I reached the store the representative who was assigned to attending me had gone for their break so they asked me to come after 30-45 minutes later the store was empty at this point and other executives were available. Which is understandable as everyone needs their break. So when I returned after 35 minutes another lady tells me that I will have to wait for 45 more minutes because there are other walk in customers waiting. 1. Why should I wait when I have already made an appointment. Whats the point of it? 2. If the person is going on a break it is their responsibility to make arrangements for the customer. 3. If we are understanding enough to come after 30 minutes, then I shouldn't be asked to wait for another 45 minutes. O2 needs to train their employees to serve customers better and not bitterly.
Had a problem with our phones Liam sorted our problem out Liam is extremely knowledgeable nothing too much trouble for him a credit to the company thank you
Visited here for the second time to upgrade after an excellent initial visit to upgrade my wife's phone. The staff are extremely knowledgeable, not too pushy & make you feel at ease. I would always choose here for any future purchases & advice.
