Good venue for live music, just an awful single choice of cider. If they could offer something proper other than koperburg, which lets face it is just slightly alcoholic squash for kids, that would be good. But otherwise we have seen many a great band at the 02
First time at this venue for Three Days Grace.nThe line outside was very large and I wasn't aware there's more than one line to get inside depending on if you're standing or on the Balcony, luckily a member of staff pointed this out and we made our way to the other line.nOnce inside we got drinks easily and it wasn't overcrowded on the balcony. Overall had a great time.
This is a great venue, weather you want to get close to the acts or just have a good view it is great, decent sound if the person doing it gets it's right, several bars, lots of space for merch sales and even the toilets are pretty good. Unless you want to be stood in the cold wait in the car until a little after doors open times, it takes a long time to get in on sell out nights.
Attended the O2 for The Plot In You concert and it was amazing! No arena parking available, but there are several car parks around you can use. The closest is a 2 minute walk. The stage area is fairly big with standing and balcony seats available, and there are 2 bars you can use. Decent venue for gigs if you're in the West Midlands

It features three distinct performance spaces, tiered seating/balcony options for accessibility in Academy 1 & 2, and hosts diverse shows from rock to club nights, though it's known for expensive drinks and potential overcrowding.nKey FeaturesnMultiple Venues: Three separate rooms Academy 1, 2, & 3 allow for various event sizes and simultaneous shows.nMain Room Academy 1: Largest space, 3,000+ capacity, with a seated balcony.nSmaller Rooms: Academy 2 600 capacity and Academy 3 250 capacity focus on emerging talent.nAccessibility: Offers dedicated wheelchair spaces and seating on balconies in Academy 1 & 2, accessible via lift/stairs.nLocation & HistorynAddress: 16-18 Horsefair, Birmingham, B1 1DB.nHistory: Moved to its current site in 2009 from a previous location on Dale End, which had hosted acts like Nirvana and The Beastie Boys as the Hummingbird.
