As someone from Portugal, i am proud to say that i had a delightful experience having a meal and drink that i used to eat a lot back then. Amazing people and staff. They are quick and respectful. Authentic Portuguese experience - confirmed by someone who has lived in Portugal for 6 years! The food came out fast and it was exceptionally good, the server was really kind and the atmosphere was amazing. Will make sure I come back every time I'm in London!

This small Portuguese cafe is a little gem. It has a community feeling with most of the background chat in Portuguese, but the staff were welcoming. I had a delicious and substantial grilled sea-bass with steamed vegetables, and discovered a beer from Madeira called Coral which is much tastier than the fake Spanish and Italian made in the UK lagers you seem to find everywhere nowadays.I resisted the home-made desserts but they looked good.
What a great experience! Very friendly family run restaurant that has been serving authentic Portuguese food to locals for 15 years. We found them online and decided to give them a try and we were very happy we did we're planning to return. We ordered the Bacalhau croquettes and prawn croquettes to start - be sure to ask for the homemade chili which is scorching hot and great with all dishes - served at room temperature the texture and flavours were spot on. We order the Bacalhau a Bras - shredded cod, sliced fried potatoes onions and eggs and the Frango No Churrasco - grilled chicken infused with piri piri sauce served with chips and rice - both were delicious and freshly made which makes all the difference. We also each had a natas Portuguese tart with cinnamon which was also excellent. A great meal, casual, friendly and we are looking forward to our next visit. Be sure to book ahead as it can be busy, especially if there's a sporting match on. And don't be offended if you are asked to share your table, the restaurant is small but you will meet someone new
Lovely food with friendly service : I came with my Portuguese friend, who loved his meal & confirmed the food was authentic. The steak was cooked well and the chips were crisp. The Baba de Camelo caramel mousse was creamy and full of flavour too. We turned up on a Saturday lunch time without reservations and were able to be seated, though the place was packed. The inside is small, so if you are a big group, it's probably best to book ahead. Will return next time I'm in the area!
This place is the best. Came across by chance but so glad we did. Food to die for and service was above and beyond. It was my brother 60th so they came out with a Portuguese tart and candle. We will definitely go back highly recommend.Food: 5/5
Proper authentic Portuguese restaurant. Very friendly vibes and full of local people who’s looking for real Portuguese cuisine. All foods were great, fish was very fresh and nicely cooked, perfectly seasoned and incredibly big portions. My personal favourite was Carne de porco a alentejana and tasted like homemade one. If you are a Portuguese looking for real Portugal restaurant, this is the one and whenever I’m craving for Portuguese foods I’ll come back here.

Our colleague organised an Angolan dinner and it was an amazing first experience. Staff really friendly and the food was amazing!!! Loved the grilled fish, the beans and the moamba chicken.Food: 5/5
