A very competent and able practice.  Niall provided a consistently high level of service which exceeded my expectations and I would recommend both Niall and O'Neill Solicitors in general on account of their professional approach and attentive, personal service.

I cannot begin to describe the deep level of unprofessionalism and rudeness  displayed by O'Neills Solicitors. I think it was more the insincerity that I found to be disturbing.
I went excitedly to the office for an interview (after hours) after speculative inquiry, having travelled, spent money on childcare and most of all read the website, the cases and prepared answers to not only have not been asked any questions relating to the role, my qualities, experiences or for references but to add insult to injury Mr. Niall O'Neill only talked about himself and repeatedly mixed up my CV with another potential fool to have applied for a job here or at least inquired about a vacancy. Furthermore, I sent him a email with any questions that he said if  wished to ask? Did he respond? Nope! Surely not! At first I thought busy but was sadly proved wrong.
Additionally, having rang a week later after the 'interview' to inquire -(as I was told next week he would let me know)was repeatedly put off but was informed he would call me back after giving my number. Nope! That  did not  happen.
The 'law firm that cares' so far removed from reality, I would neither do business for or with them in any respect nor would I personally recommend them to anyone.  If you can't do an interview,  how could you represent an individual in court?? Or at police station??
I honestly cannot understand why someone would be so rude, unprofessional or even more waste another's time to serve little to no purpose. It is both immoral and profoundly exploitative of a job seeker, new to this field.

I have worked closely with O'Neill Solicitors in Belfast over the past few years. Put simply I could not recommend them highly enough. Practice partners Niall and Shane continually strive to put the needs of their clients at the forefront of their practice. Their staff are always courteous and keen to help with any problems I had.

A first class service that is friendly, professional and completely confidential.
