Do You know the way you are apprehensive and little nervous when speaking with a solicitor for the first time. Well I Contacted MKB Law Solicitors. Spoke to a Girl I believe her name was Connie. After a few minutes I relaxed and she made me feel welcome and started to answer and help me with my questions. (I believe with empathy) But I have to say the advice and the professionalism was second to none. She took the time to explain what my options where and from here experience and expertise Spoke with me for about 15 minutes and was very genuinely interested in advising me on my next plan of action. She didn't rush me, Tell me to drop into the office, make an an appointment etc. She was there to help right when I needed her. What a piece of mind for me. Thank You MKB.
