Popped in on Friday to arrange a Will. Spoke with a member of staff who took my details and stated the Will would be picked up on Monday. On phoning them back the same member of staff stated she had not drawn up the will and claimed this was because I had complained about the £180 fee. When I said this is not how I remembered the conversation the staff member began shouting over me and said she would not be making the Will. Not a pleasant experience but won't be taking my custom to this firm again.
O'Hares solicitors are the best, in particular Elaine McKinnon! I had a very difficult property sale due to other parties involved and other solicitors I was using couldn't get it done. I switched to Elaine at O'Hare and finally my property is sold! Elaine has been the most patient, informative, and understanding solicitor I've ever had dealings with as well as there were never any problems contacting her and/or her responding to calls. For my future property ventures I know who I can count on!
