Scanlon and Ewing first came to our attention when my parents sold a property and they were representing the buyers, they noted issues with the title that my parents solicitor at the time failed to notice when they purchased the property 2 years prior, therefore there was no hesitation in using them for the recent sale and purchase of our properties.  
From initial contact to end of purchase we received great support and communication on every aspect of our conveyancing.  Maureen is an asset to the conveyancing sector and was extremely helpful negotiating the minefield of selling and buying.  We were kept updated at all times and our conveyancing was processed timeless without issue, we can't recommend them enough and will be using Scanlon and Ewing for all our conveyancing needs in the future.
