Kept seeing ads in around the shopping centre for here and this is my first visit. Very pleasantly surprised. The staff are warm, friendly and approachable. The chai latte was perfect! I would have happily went for another. The spot is ideally located for a bit of people watching through the shopping centre and the food was fabulous. I went for the BBQ chicken melt. It wasn’t the hottest but the flavours were divine. Will happily come back next time I’m here shopping.
A very good place for breakfast and best part is before 12 for many options they give complimentary coffee or tea . They also have newspaper on each table which makes breakfast with them more amazing . Their scrambled eggs are nice and must try
Nice place for coffee. For me, it's better than Starbuck coffee n the corner, Very nice welcoming staff. Coffee and food tasty The sitting area is always cleaned by staff. I recommend that coffee for anyone visiting the shopping centre Parking: Free parking
Good number of items on the menu. Nice place for some quick grabs and drinks. The place including tables were neatly maintained. Staffs were courteous and swift with the order.
Lovely warm buzz + atmosphere. Shout out to the amazing service by Maria who is so kind and helpful. We came here for some pancakes and tea and it was delightful. Good value and delicious wholemeal pancakes, make it so easy to customise meals. Will definitely be returning!
The staff were aggressive. Food and coffee are average.
Ordered a wrap...very poor wrap for the price. Very small with a few crisps on the side. Decided to stay on for a coffee and a scone.. Ordered at the counter and sat down. Waited about ten minutes..no sign of any coffees or scone. Went back up to the counter and, wouldn't you know, the man who took the order hadn't even made our coffees. I felt the lady at the counter was not helpful either. Customer service was dismal. A poor experience overall. I won't be going again and I don't recommend.

Decent sandwich shop with good service. Like all O'Briens, the menu is a bit limited for vegetarians, and it is a little expensive for what you get if you order the wrong items. Nevertheless, it is still above average.
Lovely coffee and sandwich cafe. The couple who run it are very friendly and always smiling. It’s busy in the morning with solo customers having their breakfast and reading the free Independent newspaper. It’s great value too €5.50 for a bacon and sausage toasted sandwich with a small hot drink. They do sandwiches on bread, bagels or wraps made to order. Available to eat in or take away.
