I love this place. I've been wanting to go for a while and today on my birthday we finally went in and I'm so happy we did. We had a beautiful dish of mushrooms on toast with a nice creamy sauce. For main, I got a nice halloumi sandwich with pickled onions and spicy mayo. Whoever thought about this combo must be a genius We enjoyed some perfect made aperol spritz and a coffee. I must come back for dinner and check out that menu too. The staff were great! Funny, chatty and very nice. I love this restaurant and I can't wait to go back.
Came here with my partner for brunch through a recommendation. Food was tasty and service was very good. I enjoyed the dining experience and would recommend and return.
Overall: good place for brunch, but slightly more expensive that it should be. Service 5/5: pleasant, attentive, and very accommodating e.g. we had a baby in our group, they adjusted some side dishes. Food 4/5: tasty and nice portions, but it's on the pricey side e.g. burger for almost 20 quids. Also, they do not really have "lunch menu" -- only "dinner menu" used throughout the day. Coffee 4/5: surprisingly good americano! However, they do not do flat white or other "fancy" coffee-based drinks. Vibe 5/5: good music, not too loud, comfy seats.
Excellent food, service as always. Lovely atmosphere and a great menu selection. Very friendly staff that's why we keep on coming back.Food: 5/5
I recently dined here with my wife and young child. I had made a reservation for just my wife and I, but had to change it to and earlier time and an extra person. The staff were more than happy to change the reservation. When we arrived we were promptly seated and given menus. The food we got was beautiful, fresh and full of flavour. When it came to desert my first choice was unavailable so I had some icecream which was very good. My wife had the chocolate brownie, which in my opinion was a little dry. Overall we had a wonderful evening with excellent wait staff on hand. The cost was very reasonable for the food and service provided. I would certainly return and recommend to others.
Fabulous food, fabulous service, fabulous background music. A ray of sunshine in COVID-19 times. We went for lunch at about 14:30 on a dull Wednesday afternoon. Service was superb, we were checked properly for COVID certs so we sat inside. I had the Chicken sambo heaven on a plate. Ben had the Goats Cheese Chorizo Flatbread, equally impressive. Ben followed his sambo with a devine Strawberry Cheesecake with homemade ice-cream. We will be back
Good menu with well presented and cooked food - not cheap. A very pleasant atmosphere - we will come again. Strongly recommend that you start writing down orders. You will save a lot of money.Food: 5/5
Great place, would definitely recommend if you’re around and looking for a bite. We had the steak and lasagna and they were both great, portions were huge for the prices. The best onion rings in Dublin, Great staff and service!
Today was my second time coming here having previously being recommended to come and unfortunately it is my second time leaving really disappointed!! The service is terrible, firstly had to take a bottle of water from the area where the waitress is as we were not giving one when sat down and cutlery & glasses put on table, had to request to get butter to go with the bread that came with the soup then sat with an empty water bottle at the edge of the table as the waitress walked by numerous times and actually took the soup bowls back and didn't ask. When the mains arrived I asked could I have vinegar as there was none on table and I was given a ramekin filled with vinegar and when I asked was there a bottle or how I should use this the waitress simply shrugged and said I don't know! The steak sandwich was like leather!! Extremely tough and had requested for it to be medium rare! Overall really poor experience particularly when being looked at like I'm requesting something so strange by simply asking is there a vinegar that I could use without having to put my fingers in and splash it on!!
Amazing food for families with children. Great service. Have visited severals times and always look forward to returning.
