Dr Garforth is absolutely amazing I have no problems getting to see him and he listens and understands what I am trying to explain. Reception staff are fantastic very polite. Keep up the amazing job your surgery are doing.
Do the staff here at hamids practicr get paid extra to have an attitude? Underqualified nurses trying to do the job of a doctor and failing, they dont understand the nuances of peoples health conditions and just brush your ailments issues under the rug and then refuse to allow me to get my repeat prescriptions. Would NOT recommend. I will be transferring elsewhere
This sergery is brilliant because Dr Ghafoor and all staff are so good and kind with the patients,specially one of the staff in reception is so kind I think her name is gezala . I want to thank Dr Ghafoor and all staff
Went to see the ENT dept. Fantastic experience. Starts with free allocated parking across the road, followed by the friendliest main reception staff who explained clearly that due to challenges with staffing, the ENT reception desk on floor 2 was unstaffed on that day. However, clear instructions were given to go floor 2 and wait for my name to be called by the doctor. Sure enough that's what happened. Doctor was friendly and professional. Same experience later that week on my second appointment. Fantastic experience again. This is an amazing service when you consider how under funded the NHS is.
Went to Nye Bevan this morning 1st June 23. Was greeted by a very friendly receptionist. Had a breast screening with a very professional nurse called Suzie who made me feel totally at ease. Thank you
