Absolutely brilliant service. I had my Skoda Superb in to have a new cam belt, water pump and aux belt fitted. Job was done with no problems. I cannot fault these guys for the professional work they do. I most certainly will be using them again !
Excellent customer service competitive price great service car running so much better. I didn’t book the courtesy car but they gave it to me to help me out I was so grateful. I went back a few weeks later for my mot and got the same great service with a smile and the help of the courtesy car again. I was impressed that NW VAG Tech picked up my service history on the VAG computer system. This prompted my choice to use NW VAG Tech. I had a full service plus brake fluid change at a very reasonable price. I was informed that my front brake pads were 70% worn and I will be back to have them changed. I would recommend NW VAG Tech to any VAG vehicle owner.
