Just got my car back from its M.O.T and as usual absolutely outstanding work from Tony and all the lads in the garage. As a woman taking your car to a Garage you always fear being ripped off but definitely not this place. They are all great and I always take my car here because I trust them 110%. Thank you Mersey Tyres yous are the best xx
They will rip you off. I went there with a whistling car during wet weather and headlights turning on during freezing weather. They tighten some belts within the engine, no more whistling, which is fine. They did a diagnostic and found misfired cylinder and replaced the spark plugsthey were replaced four months ago by my trusted car mechanic, who wasn't available right now; they said they were not replaced correctly; these things happen; maybe he was in a rush, so I went ahead with the work. Unfortunately, there wasn't able to sort out my lights cause the auto electrician wasn't there. I came two days later to carry on with the headlights job, but in the meantime, throttling noises from the car started; it might be a coincidence, but I don't think so. They sorted the light, but they charged me about 200£ for, I assume, 3 hours of labour maximum. I know it's ridiculous, but I had no choice due to other garages not being available. They diagnosed the throttling sound as a throttle body that needs cleaning and quoted 300-400£ for work. I had this done a couple of years ago and paid 80£. I don't say they won't fix the faults you are coming with your car; they probably will, but they will also create some new faults and rip you off.
Polite & friendly guys. Just called in for a puncture repair. Sorted out quickly. Great value for money. Will be back for future servicing and MOT. Would definitely recommend
Had 2 part worn tyres fitted in super quick time and they are great quality. The staff are really friendly and would recommend to anybody that needs anything doing to their vehicle.
I always use this garage as the lads are top draw and can always accommodate me. Friendly office staff too. Best about. Wouldn’t go anywhere else
Visited this company this afternoon as I had a problem with one of my tyres. Could not of asked for a better service, the guys were very efficient and friendly.Would not hesitate in recommending them.Always best to use a local service, thank you so very much.
Mersey Tyres & Autocentre have gone above and beyond what was expected. They are fair and reasonable in their pricing. I had planned to walk home, but I felt terrible so the receptionist took me home. They have a customer for life. Much appreciated Kerry

Great guy working there, quick at what he does and good prices, I paid £60 for A new tyre, there places will try sell you a more expensive tyer, ALSO OPEN ON A SUNDAY!
