Really saddened to post this review. I have been using NWCars for over 10 years. They have always provided an excellent service, are always on time, always charge reasonable rates and have some fantastic drivers. This all changed yesterday when we were picked up from Gatwick Airport. We knew something was wrong when the driver was barely able to leave the car park - what should have taken 2 minutes took 10 as the driver tried to drive through parked cars, took wrong turnings against traffic and then made at least 2 - 3 point turns to get out (to the annoyance of other drivers). On the journey home he kept driving incredibly close to the lane markings - getting honked at least twice. He accelerated sporadically, stayed in the fast lane whilst cars under took him and twice tried to take exits that would have taken us completely out of our way - even to another city! One of the worst rides we have ever had. When we arrived home I explained we were only willing to pay half the fee (£30) based on the terrible experience (which we thought was fair) and if he wasn't happy with that we would ring NW Cabs. We rang NW Cabs and had absolutely no support. They wouldn't listen to our feedback and instead encouraged the driver to physically seize our bags until we paid in full. We have NEVER had an issue with NW Cabs and was truly surprised they gave us no support. We eventually agreed to pay £50 to end the whole affair. The driver then sped off, shouting out some homophobic threats as he left. He is a very dangerous driver who clearly has a very limited understanding of how to drive safely. I am really sad that based on this one terrible driver and complete lack of support or understanding from NW Cabs that we will never use this company again.

Been using these guys for over 5+ and wouldn't ever use anyone else, they deal with issues promptly and are always happy to help. Best cab station about.

I phoned two weeks before xmas and was given a quote of £16 for Xmas day. Phoned to order cab on Xmas day and was told the price had gone up. Receptionist argued with me even though I am a loyal customer who has spent hundreds there & would not honour the price I had been quoted two weeks earlier by his manager. He told me I was wasting his time & he hung up the phone on me. This is how they treat their customers! Addendum: Saj did apologize via email a few days later & he compensated me which was good of him to do.

Thank you for making my journeys to and from the airport a stress free experience. Cabs arrived on time, driver was polite and helpful and office staff was helpful and very informative when booking my cars. Would definitely recommend to friends

Been using Nwcars for the last 10 years. Had a few minor issues over the years but always sorted ASAP. Lovely office staff, prices are very competitive and generally pleased with the service. Would recommend. :-)
