Absolutely useless, called them for the first time and the guy was rude and aggressive. Adamant that I had called before and was a no show for them. Incredibly disgraceful not only is he accusing me of something I have no knowledge of and wouldn't even let me speak.

Avoid these guys.

Excellent 1st class service by the controller cab drivers etc. I have been using the company for 28 years. My husband has been using them too.  Always, been reliable, very kind, supportive and met our needs. I have recommend this company to loads of friends and relatives etc and they are very happy with the expertise.

The driver was very punctual and polite. the fares were also very reasonable. Got trough to the  controller  very quickly  and  he was also very polite

I got a lovely driver called Sharif, who on the worst day of traffic, knew all the back roads and got me to my destination in record time. He was not overly familiar or chatty. I think this was my second trip with this driver. He is respectful, professional and I will certainly use this car service again. 
The fare was FAIR. It was from Neasden to Harrow £16! They charge me that much from Watford to Harrow 2.5 mi. 
I think Mr Sharif is the best driver I have encountered. He was polite, professional and thoughtful.
