I've been looking for drywall screw gun and I found N&b on Google shopping. They had best price for model I was looking for so I bought it. Then I realised I bought wrong model and placed order for the correct model. I contacted customer support ant they been absolutely amazing and very helpful with every single question I had. They had promotion free festool battery for purchasing eligible power tool so I saved around £200 compared to a Toolstation and I even get free battery worth of over £100 for free with my purchase. I recieved my order next day and I'm very happy I choose this store. I will recommend them to everyone I know and definitely buy more tools from them. Thank you N&b team for your help

After searching the Internet for the best prices on festool, I had no choice but to place my order with these guys, I received loads of helpful advise fast and professional both to my email enquires also on there web-chat. Really happy with my full experience from Start to finish, Once I ordered I was given my next day delivery slot and given a 1 hour time frame everything was packed perfectly extremely well packaged. I ordered parts for Festool sanders during the COVID-19 crisis. They were helpful, quick under the circumstances and what turned up was well packaged genuine Festool parts. Well done, I will be ordering more soon.

Thank you for going over and beyond for making up for DX Delivery bad service. Waited in all day  Monday tried tracking my order but was showing expected delivery Monday.; so phone DX late afternoon to make sure it was being delivered to eventually being told it had been damaged and to phone N&B to inform them. I asked why they had not notified them and why I had not be informed. It was bad enough wasting a day but to think that if I had not phoned them I may have wasted another day.  When I  phoned N&B to inform them of the conversation I had with DX and  that I had ordered with them originally so I would have the order by Tuesday. They did no more and stated they would send it out straight away with a different carrier.  Amazingly the item arrived the next day before 9.30 am and in one piece via FedEx.  I hope in future N&B think about what carrier they are using. I understand goods can get damaged in transit but the carrier should  have taken responsibility and sort it out with N&B not the  me the customer.  I will definitely be using  N&B in future as I can only speak highly on the service I have received.

I purchased a Festool insulating cup  which arrived damaged in the post. I contacted Nuts and Bolts via email and they resolved the issue immediately. Excellent after sales service!

Couldn’t recommend enough Nuts &Bolts always a pleasure to deal with online and on the phone.

OK so ordered something from here and got told there's a 2 week delay, ok wait. Then they told us another further month because of issues. Fine, 4 months later still no sign, back and for contacting the store speaking to people on email, still nothing come Christmas, we need this tool to earn any kind of money!!.. Site will not let us on with corded. Anyway asked PayPal where our goods was and instantly refunded us!! So 4 months hanging on waiting for nothing really! To be told in the end 'we hadn't contacted directly to sort this issue has left red steam coming from the ears.  Ordered with screwfix coming Saturday!!!  Very annoyed. Very disappointed. Give them the benefit for 4 months without no real explanation to just recieve me money back and start the search all over again. Stress for nothing litrually!!

Every transaction I've had with this company 4 big purchases so far has been great. Their prices on Festool are the lowest I've come across anywhere and they always deliver quickly.
