Such a lovely place to visit. You have to be on form to defeat these guys.
I have frequently come to the tool box and always found the staff pleasant, informative and helpful. But had to add a review as we passed by recently and asked for some advice about a missing nut from my little boy's scooter. The staff member who served us couldn't do enough to find the right type of fitting, then proceeded to find a spanner to fit it up for my son, which was a fiddly and time consuming task! At the end of it all, didn't take any money from me and all he would accept was thanks for the time and effort he spent. It's because of staff like this I will come back again and again and have for years. They care and go the extra mile. Thank you for fixing my lad's scooter and for making our day.
Nothing is too much trouble for these guys. They always go out their way to help you with whatever you need. Got me out of a lot of sticky situations over the years when working on vehicles. Prices are far better than high street DIY shops.
Have been using the toolbox quite regularly through lockdown. Staff are always friendly, knowledgeable and quick. Good prices and a local business. Sensible social distancing measures etc. Have a good range of diy and hardware type products but obviously less large bulky items. Definitely worth a look before going to larger DIY stores
I purchassed a stop tap from them and asked when I got it if I could return ot if it was not the correct size to swap with my old one. When I got it home it was too short to fit as a direct replacement. I returned it with the receipt and was told that it must be in the original plastic bag. It did not have a bag and obviously no one mentioned packaging because it did not have any. Not good service will never consider using them again.
I love this wonderland of hardware I have been going since I was a kid, the staff know littterally everything. I have yet to trump them and what’s more... they talk to you like your a real person and are not afraid to tell you that they may have a better idea than yours. Keep up the good work “ four candles “
Unbelievable number of DIY products and tools all packed into to a small space. If you can't find what you need just ask the staff, they know where everything is and are really helpful and pleasant. Recommended.
Helpful and well-stocked. I've just been back there today - friendly staff and they always know what you need and discuss the options. The best shop in Nuneaton!
Fantastic friendly & helpful small hardware store crammed to the rafters with just about everything you could possibly need or want & all very reasonable priced. Call here first before going to a tool chain store for value for money!
Went there not too long ago the staff are a lot nicer than the Toolbox in Bedworth they have been very helpful they put the snotty Bedworth store to Shame they can teach those misery guts in Bedworth to treat customers properly
