Rather rude boatman shouting at my wife to read the instructions about staying at the top of the jetty for social distancing before boarding.  Found the instructions carefully placed so that somebody like Peter Dinklage could read and observe the instructions. Maybe I better have a word with the Harbour Master.

Had an amazing 3 hour trip yesterday for my sons 30th. 16 of us aboard Freedom. Ideal for our gathering. Super crew Mao soz not sure of spelling and Ellie. Thank you guys so much.

If you use them make sure that it is a direct service. This company will drop you off and transfer you. This takes time. Always ask for a ticket. As when you are transferred your asked for one and it's hard to say I paid for it but no ticket given.  Not a good impression for visitors to Bristol

The best boat company on the water. Have been looking after our groups and parties for over 3 years now and we always get fantastic feedback. Brilliant service provided at no cost to the council.

The boat sank

Really kind staff! round trips only £5 one side of the harbour and they let you choose it. Also good for rainy days because the boat is covered.
