This is a very modern and fresh looking office complex and is really quite spacious. We were guests of Sky who sponsor Age UK and we were being treated to a Christmas lunch. From the moment we arrived everything was perfect! The receptionist, perhaps not employed by Sky was smart, efficient, very happy and extremely helpful and we were quickly met by our hosts and taken to their canteen for lunch. Our Christmas lunch was perfect and our hosts from Sky done an amazing job to ensure we all had a good time. As for No 1 Leeds, this is a well thought out, clean and well designed building. The facilities are very good and if I wasn't retired I'd be happy to work there! It's in a good for the city centre, transport links and local shops and if you wish, Monk Bridge Viaduct Garden is but a two minute walk away. Canal walks are easy from here too!

This is a 7 story office building which hosts Engie, The Yorkshire Post and others.  It used to have a very nice canteen on the ground floor serving hot and cold food and drinks to tenants but the landlords are trying to run it into the ground and it has a very limited range now.  Floors 6 and 7 are nicely appointed.  In the end, it's an office block.

Serviced offices with great views across Leeds. Slightly further out of the centre but nearby places to eat are popping up all the time and there are plans to redevelop the nearby arches to introduce shops and cafes.

A very well managed building, very polite and helpful office staff. Only negative was the rude and uncaring security receptionist. One guy was helpful the other obnoxious and obstructive.

Digital hub is a new building and home to Yorkshire post and adventure programme...sleek spaces...beautiful views
