I paid for the order, the guard approached and asked me to remove the hood. I did not immediately understand him because my English is elementary. He pushed me out of the McDonald's by force and started screaming. I explained to him that I misunderstood him and asked him to let me go to pick up the order, he let me in and immediately pushed me out again by force and started laughing. I was never able to pick up my order. You need to look at the cameras and say do I approve of this attitude? I love your establishment but you are losing customers because of such a mentally ill security guard. I was in the city of Leeds on Briggate. I didn't call the police because I was late for the bus. Cold food. Order returned and replaced but incorrect, and then a hair in food. No customer service at all. No genuine apology. Arse of a manager stood with a smirk on his face. Then he dropped food all over my mother in law. Horrendous service....Food: 1/5
I ordered a takeaway for spicy chicken wraporder 94, but I got BBQ bacon wrap order 99. I only saw the food after reaching home. Please check and serve properly. Food went to my room's bin, I regret wasting the food but I didn't have any other options.
Dismissive. Not welcoming. Self check out printers are always broken. Self check out doesn't work. They want all the money and no service. Better off Getting local takeaway as this McDonald's is very unwelcoming.Food: 1/5
don’t usually leave reviews for franchise places however this morning me and my Dad pop in here to get some breakfast. We were really impressed with one of the servers, thought it should be mentioned. Sorry we didn't catch her name, however she is a women of colour with white shirt. It’s amazing how she managed to wish each customer a good day with a smile on her face. Cheers to her.
Service slow, staff member closing the upstairs area was rude. Nowhere to sit downstairs. Circa 7.30pm Saturday and was very full of drunk people, not great for kids to be there. The cleaning lady did do a good job of keeping things tidy though, food standard MacDonald fayre. Kid-friendliness: Not suitable for kids at 7.30pm in evening, too make drunk people
I visited this place on Monday 16th January. The staff are lovely and there was a young man who is so friendly and high 5’s the young children and trying to make their experience enjoyable. Unfortunately it’s all down hill from there! Firstly there were several ignorant customers who seem to think they don’t have to clear their own tables after use, management need to put signs up to remind these customers that it’s McDonald’s and not the Ritz and the staff are busy enough sanitising the tables to stop the spread of covid etc and don’t have time to clear tables for these lazy people. This then lead to the second problem, there was a strange man walking round the place scavenging the recently departed tables for any left over food eating chips and half eaten chicken nuggets which was disconcerting to say the least, as he wasn’t a paying customer so management/security should have ejected him. Finally I was approached by two separate males each with the same line saying they’ve lost their bus fair and looking for £1 or some spare change to get home. They wreaked of stale BO so I’d be surprised if they had a home to go back to, if so it certainly doesn’t have indoor plumbing! I suspect they were begging to pay for their next fix - either way not a customer so again management/security need to kick them out. Overall I spent £10 on a couple of coffees and a burger to be sat amongst peoples left over filth feeling uncomfortable with strange scavengers picking over left over food and harassed by drug addicts for money for their next fix. Clearly management don’t care and I suspect I would have had a more enjoyable time sat round the back of the building in the bin store area - actually that’s how it felt dining here was like.
Mcdonald's, they must make halal branches or extend the menu and provide halal meals until they do that we are just going to fish filet all the time, as it deserves.
muffins for breakfast are now half the size they used to be. Toilets arent open untill 9am so cant wash hands before eating after touching mucky screens to order food.
It's rare to get a hot meal at McDonald's but today was a delightful surprise our burgers and fries were hot and went down a treat.Food: 5/5
