Helpful staff with good facilities. Some improvement would make this place great, e.g. The cardio machines don't have heart rate functionality working and the quality of towels. I strongly feel they should be improved. Otherwise, I'm happy with the gym. The best pool, steam and sauna in town.

Service is excellent. Care with Fungus haven (use a fungal preventative if you use their changing room and value your toes).

Staff is lovely and always ready to help. The facility is clean. However the weight room is freezing cold with air conditioning and it is always very busy and sometimes you have to queue to use the equipment. The changing room is always busy.

Friendly PTs & staff, not too busy, great classes. Excellent equipment. Lovely pool, jacuzzi, sauna and steam room. Appears to get cleaned often except for the studio room floor and mats. Two towels would be great when using the pool, sauna, etc and for the price paying. Overall a pretty great gym for all, newbies and fitness pros.
