Came to Lords Builders Merchants under the Westway taken over from Nu-line to source materials for a community event. The team were super helpful - Carl and Stacey were really friendly and went the extra mile to help us get the materials we needed. Will definitely be back there again! Great customer service.
Absolutely disappointed. 10 minutes before closure and refused to be served. The system is down. Not even an apology. Gents try to avoid or make sure you get there at least one hour before closure. They won’t see my face ever again in any of the shops nor any future business. Thanks
Came here as a first-time DIYer. Staff helped me loads to think about the project and got the right measurements and screws for the bookshelf bases I built. Extremely friendly. Could not recommend enough. Even gave me some extra MDF for free :
The worst customer service I have experienced in London and that's saying something!. After driving in circles for 30 minutes due to their address being wrong on their Google listing and arriving in the shop 2 minutes before closing time they refused to serve me. I need one piece and now have no water for the night.

Amazing place for timber right in the heart of Notting Hill. All the staff are always super friendly and helpful. I am always in there making awkward and annoying requests and they are always ready to help. Love this place!
