Top quality service on my new landrover defender 5 star would highly recommend
Listons have been my "go to" place for car body repairs for a few years now , they've always done great repairs on both metalwork and plastic body parts. From little knocks , dents and scratches up to major accident damage. A fair price for undetectable repairs and always completed on time.Services: Painting
Being a local bodyshop and having read some of the praising reviews on their website, I decided to contact Listons to discuss the repairs to the deep scratches on the rear bumper of my wife's Mercedes cabriolet, caused by a bicycle. The customer service was excellent from the initial phonecall to collecting the repaired car. The whole process of how the repair would be undertaken was clearly explained to me which gave me great confidence in Listons. Being a car enthusiast, I am very passionate about looking after our cars and was keeping my fingers crossed that the repair would be unnoticeable. I needn't have worried! The repair was truly excellent and the car looked as it did when we bought it new from the showroom! I am really pleased to have found a local bodyshop that can repair to such a high standard, and would not hesitate to use Listons again should we need to. I would highly recommend Listons to anyone reading this! Oh, and by the way, their prices are excellent too! Thank you very much indeed to everyone at Listons for a truly superb all round service! I was referred to Listons following a crash where my car received damageto the front bumper & wheel arch. Lois & all the staff were so helpful, arranging repairs to suite me & the offer of a replacement car which it turned out Idid not need. The repair was excellent & the. Car was returned to my home in an imaculate condotion. I would highly recommend them.Services: Painting
Really bad service, kept our car for weeks without a phone call to let us know what was happening, I had to keep pestering them for updates. In the end the car still needed a trim which the garage didn't know when they could get one so we took the car back and we are still waiting 6 months later for them to call us to fit the missing trim.
Great service. Friendly staff. Quick turn around with no problems and a great job done. If indeed anybody shop again that's where I will be going, indeed I intend to take a 10 year old car down to sort out stone chips etc. Very happy with the service I received.
Cracking team, 'Dave' was easy to deal & very accommodating. Job Sportage was repaired fast & for a very reasonable price. 'Non adopted roads' to & from the business though are shocking. Not Listons fault but none the less very bad & not appealing...despite this wouldn't hesitate to recommend 10/10.
