Excellent service and very quick in fixing what needed. They have fixed two desktops of mine (one needed identification of problems and change in the hard-rive and the second needed a card for getting a second screen on) in a very timely and professional manner and at very good prices! Definitely recommending NRG Computing!

Brought in my laptop as my screen was slightly damaged. They told me the date when I could come in and pick up my laptop, nonetheless, they couldn't return the laptop as it 'wasn't ready yet'. They fixed my screen and damaged the keyboard in the process. Ignored all letters that I sent them regarding that issue. When I walked into the store, they were rude and said that I broke the keyboard myself. They offered to exchange the damaged keyboard for less than £200. Despite the fact that I have already paid £195.

I can only sing the praises of the staff at NRG for the time, patience and effort they put into addressing my issues. They were more than helpful, with a prompt efficient service and were careful to address all my concerns as well as explaining what they had done...in terms I could understand and not jargon as I have experienced elsewhere - particularly with the "big" companies. I genuinely can't understand the other negative comments posted.

Great.... restored my laptop back to life :) done a great job fixing my laptop if i have a problem with any of my devices in the future NRG computing will be the place to help
