Unbelievable Customer Service. These are probably the best motor dealers I have ever dealt with. They are 100% genuine, reliable and honest. I had issues with the car after sale and they literally could not have done more to help or resolve the problem. I would buy from them again without hesitation. Bought a lovely wee Fiat from Kassam last week and I would def recommend buying here. The process was all very easy. There was an unfortunate fault that occurred with my car the day I bought it but Kassam very quickly came and got the car. Fixed the problem and then delivered the car back to me. Car running great now and happy with purchase

I bought a car on last month in november 2022 , ford focus and it really very nice running perfect without any issues , process was so easy and quick also the car dealer kassam always answer when we had any query and also he change car’s front light bulb which was not working when I test drive and was not aware before delivery he repaired by letting me know , I will highly recommend this place to buy a car .
Sometimes something happens that restores your faith in humanity and buying my car from this man was one of those times. I had a problem with a car I bought from him which I informed him of at 7pm. At 11am the next day he was on my drive 30 miles away, took the car with no quibble, only genuine apology and left us with a courtesy car. He kept in touch and returned the car, repaired and she’s now running beautifully. I honestly am still quite shocked that it went this way but every word is true and next time I need a used car I’ll be making my choice from his stock. That’s a car dealer worth sticking with.

Terrible customer service, rude and seems the car was broken that they were trying to sell me, they kept saying they awaiting parts? would NOT recommend to anyone.
