Perfect visit! Abbie did it again with her colour, absolutely spot on. Wouldn't let let anyone else colour it. I didn't have time to get it blow dried as I had to get back to work but if you could let her know please xx

Always extremely happy when I go here, also able give advice on colour and cut that would suit you. Would 100% recommend Abbie for colour

As you have probably guessed the original review star rating was a massive mistake! I have been a customer for over 20 years and certainly would have not returned every month for all those years if I had rated only 1*??!! I have nothing but praise for your wonderful salon.....West end styling and surroundings in a local setting. Elaine has been a wonderful skilled and knowledgeable advisor over the years and I trust her 100% to know what's best for me. I work as air cabin crew and have had many compliments over the years from passengers who also ask where I get my hair done. I'm glad I've been able to update my review as I have no idea what I did before....techno fingers! Keep up the good work Kevin and the team. ...I'd be lost without you! ! 💖

Abbie is my fav colourist. Super talented and a very honest person, has always told me exactly what she can and can't do with my hair conditions. She has advised me on various hair products to buy and I have seen a great improvement. I'm always sending people to novo. Friendly team and enjoy going there! X
