Have been going here forever and Julie always cuts my hair so she knows what I want and I never come out with a bad cut. Really friendly atmosphere and I wouldn't go anywhere else. Would recommend.

I was recommended by a friend who new the owner of Gratefull heads and I made appointment last July. I have blonde hair and wanted the same, the owner informed me that Samantha would be colouring my hair. To book with him personally I would have to wait six weeks. I had a consultation with Samantha and I told her that I was having trouble with the the crown of my hair as it darkened quickly more than the rest of my hair. I had a blonde colour on my hair by her assistant. I returned to the salon and informed Samantha that my hair was patchy in some places. When in expecting my hair, Samantha said yes it is, and told me she would correct it. Because I complained she put a black colour on my hair and gone was my blonde hair. I had a very traumatic year and I just couldn't believe what Samantha had done to me. I made another appointment to return but Samantha rang me to say she couldn't do the day I wanted. I never returned.
