I've bought 2 computers from Novatech over the last few years. One of them arrived faulty and required a new motherboard straight out of the box and the second I've owned for 3 years or so and it's only been functional for 2 weeks of those years. The second star is due to the quick and excellent customer service but the quality of products has been truly awful from my experience and so doesn't rank any higher and I definitely won't be buying from them again.
honestly, the company is fine, but the stupid managers need to get a grip and understand that people do have jobs too. Their opening hours are a joke, fancy having to take time off work to return an item basically i can no longer buy from them due to their hours shut all weekend and closed before I finish work in the week. I would look elsewhere where to buy your item.
Took out an extended warranty £60 on my sons £1400 laptop less than 18 months old , to be told that the charging point isn’t covered as its physical damage ! Not interested in helping or refunding any money , poor customer service , rude staff , rip off merchants at their best ! Do not ever use this company they will steal money from your pocket and find every loop hole in the book , disgusting
They do amazing gaming days! Really enjoy attending these! Can occasionally be slow service, especially at returns but other than that very very friendly staff with excellent customer service! Will always return x

Such a shame. I’ve only ever heard good things about Novatech. For years, however our experience dealing with them hasn’t been the best. We first drop off our computer as there was a fault. We paid for the repair service which includes a diagnostic. They had advised that it was the RAM that was faulty. So we paid for a replacement RAM to have the computer back two days to find out the fault hasn’t been resolved. We then get in a back and forth with the team, having to wait around 3 days for a reply. I then decide to call them to advise we have had the computer back for two weeks and it’s still faulty. Novatech have now had the computer for another 7 working days and the computer hasn’t even been tested yet. I spoke to someone at customer service on Friday who said they would call me back. They haven’t. So I called again today to be told they are experiencing a delay and hopefully they will look at it today. So I wouldn’t say they live up to their reputation. The poor people behind the counter get screamed at day in day out. It’s not their fault the company needs to invest in some more highly trained staff. Something definitely needs to change.
The process of buying a PC was quick and easy to understand. The one I chose had a build time of 7 to 10 days but was ready in 2 so can't complain. Staff were on hand and helpful with regards to both advising on the build as well as keeping me updated during it. The whole process was painless and I now have a powerful and lean PC. More than happy.
Look at my new rig, sitting there in its trolley just catching the sunset, looking gawgus. Every time I leave this place I get excited like an overgrown kid. When I went, it was pretty quiet, staff was helpful, had everything ready for me. My partner hasn't seen me in a while, I'm locked away in my man cave, as I don't have time for real world graphics anymore, far too square for me now.
Be aware Novatech is selling Returned/Refurbished items as New. Check that packaging wasn't opened before, don't accept any excuses, ask for a new unopened item or get a Refund and go to Amazon. Customer Service in Returns 12/07/2019 Mr Turner use all sorts of trickery just to try and give you refurbished item. In the attached photo you can clearly see the second sellotape on the top of the original.
Closed at weekends!! No comment on their products for this reviews. Drove 30 minutes to buy. New tower PC quite urgently..but CLOSED AT WEEKENDS!!!!!! WHO is closed on both Saturday and Sunday in this day and age?? OK maybe Sunday but not open AT ALL on a Saturday?? I work in the week and so popping in to collect a new PC…uuurgh… how very inconvenient. I looked at the website when I arrive and yes, it does say it …but really… not something yo would expect in this day age. ONE STAR rating for this!
