This is not a number taking you to the Trading Standards Authority. This is a call screening service and may be useful on occasions but not when the problem involves any technical question. The telephone operative presented options given to her by others, ones which were already obvious and had been pursued. She was unable to answer a basic technical question about the weight of paper which was needed to deal with my problem and obviously did not have the backup to put the question elsewhere. A complete wast of time
Very poor. When I contacted them I was kept waiting a long time before being dealt with. I wasn't given any information of any use. I asked for a call-back but never received a call-back. I might just as well have gone to my CAB. Not good. I would suggest you have an email contact address.
