If you ever fall on luck and have to rely on a bit of humanity when your depressed and looking for a little help from the state in which you have paid into for 30years, then dont expect any here. Your a number and nothing more, even if you get to a appointment on time and your so called advisors are late for whatever reason, you will be sanctioned and forced to live on Nothing. They look for reasons to stop benefits instead of trying to help you out of your situation. Times are hard but the level of abuse of power these people display is disgraceful and unfair, They are rude, aggressive and dismissive, Disgraceful!!

Awful place they do it up nice but as they say you can't polish a turd. On my sign on day my 80year old grandfather took me as I had not been paid before so had no bus fair my grandfather has very weak bladder and desperately needed a toilet he even took his pass with him the rude cow at the front told him THIS IS NOT A PUBLIC TOILET WALK INTO TOWN the staff talk down to you even when you are working hard to find a job they make your feel like a scrounger and belittle you the only nice advisor is barbra(that place doesn't deserve her) and even she gets talked down to by other staff

Where is the minus start rating. A horrible place with poor staff who shouldn't be offering job advice nor doing. Capability assessments.

Worst experience of my life they treat you like animals. They don't help you at all I asked if they could help me with my cv 3 times & everytime I went they said they didn't have time. They are rude there is no motivation to get people back to work & stopped doing a back to work bonus scheme when I asked about it the all I got was a very rude response Well That's Wot We Pay You For That Is The Only Incentive You Need. Not aloud to use the toilet even when it was pouring down with rain I had to walk down the road to look for a toilet. Bye the time I got back to job centre I looked like a drowned Rat. Not everyone looking for work are druggies & alcholics who piss there dole money up wall. Worst experience ever go to Sure Trust they did everything for me & helped me get a job which is wot the job centre get paid for.
