If I could place a review with no stars I would!! A recent experience I have had there was absolutley disgusting. I received unprofessional, racist and derogatary chanting behaviour. For a place that is supposed to support and help people this is diabolical. Not everyone who visits wants to be doing so and to be treated like a person who is not worth there time is so awful.
This is not a place of help, this is a place where you are hated. If you are waiting for support in a difficult time for yourself, then get ready for the fact that no one needs you. Rude attitude and they do not care about all your circumstances in life. There are those who hate foreigners and they are not ashamed to show it. You may feel like a stranger because they want you to feel it.
First time ever attending as I've always earned enough to never require an appointment. Was seen by Patrick, lively and helpful. All the staff security etc were lovely too, greeted us, said goodbye, opened doors for us. Then we get outside, lovely trees, went to take a photo of the kids in the trees and they spotted the park, quite a small run down park but the kids loved it nonetheless. Overall very positive.
New claim made from 19th Jan. I haven't ever made a claim before. Online it told me I can be back dated a payment with my claim from 1st Nov but the rejected that due to me not knowing the JSA was still available. Apparently it was not a good enough excuse. So I reluctantly accepted that and was told I will be back dated from 19th Jan from my claim date. What they also domt tell u that u don't get paid for the first 7 days as they call it waiting days which they also don't tell you. Absolute frauds these guys are buy not giving all the information. When I called to explain the women on the line was very rude...arrogant and nasty.
Was seen by SIMON,an outstanding member of staff,went over and beyond. We were having issues creating a profile,Simon told us what the problem was and assisted in rectifying the issue. He treated us with respect, empathy and was very professional throughout.
