I can't recommend this place highly enough. Whether it be an inexpensive jewellery repair or a bespoke, hand made ring costing thousands, the service is great and very friendly. It's a modern and professionally run business with a highly experienced, good old fashioned working jeweller at it's heart. The proprietor instills total confidence, he's highly experienced, knows what he's doing and provides advice you can rely upon. This place is a bit of a find, there is no way I'll shop at any of the large high street chain jewellers ever again!

Arrived at a couple of minutes past 5 on Thursday 22nd December, to be greeted with a locked door and shouts from inside of "Were Shut, we close at 5". Not very good customer service so close to Christmas when you can't spare a few extra minutes for a customer wanting to buy a last minute gift. Can't return 2moro as I have to work from 8am till 7pm looking after our customers. Won't be returning.

Had a new strap fitted to Hubby's watch fast friendly service. Lots to offer gift wise to suit every pocket can highly recommend always made to feel welcome.
