A haven of quiet, compassion and joy in the busy centre of town. They have made me feel very welcome. They have drop in sessions and introductory courses to ease newcomers in, check their website. Donation based, runs on generosity but nothing is imposed.

A very nice building and friendly welcoming people. The Metta meditation is very mindful and relaxing. The only things I find very distracting. is all the noises of students and traffic outside the building, which is nothing the center has control over, but it's still is a massive distraction when trying to meditate. I think turning the lights off in the day when meditating would give a calmer relaxing experience.
