We've had a great night. Our server, Johnny has been absolutely fantastic. We came for a family meal for my daughters 5th birthday. Johnny made it extra special for us. We are definitely going to be regulars now!
Had the most amazing meal at The Norwood Arms!!! The manager Jonny was so so accommodating and my favourite meal wasn’t on the menu so he asked the chef to make it! It was unreal! The food was fabulous but the service made it the crème de la creme! Lovely staff who can’t do enough for you!!! Thank you!!!! You’ve made us so happy xx

We had such a lovely experience at the Norwood Arms in Cheltenham! The staff were incredibly friendly and welcoming, which made the whole visit even more enjoyable. We chose to sit outside for our meal, and it was absolutely perfect – the seating area is comfortable and relaxing, with a great atmosphere. The food was delicious, and being able to enjoy it in the fresh air just made it even better. We’ll definitely be coming back!
We had a warm welcome and attentive friendly service from Drew. The cask ale was good, the wine went down well, and all of the food was really nice and plentiful. We were just out for a treat, and the Norwood made it a memorable one
