Mark was so helpful! Can’t thank him enough for helping me when I came in to buy a car.. his kinda funny too :
Great experience buying a used Kia. The showroom is a large open space with good facilities for potential buyers. Thank you to Adrian with his assistant in choosing our new family car. My wife wanted to view 4 or 5 cars. Adrian showed great perseverance in dealing with our many requests. Definitely recommend.
The company purchased a used car from me and the process was easy and trouble free. Communication with the buyer was easy and quick. I was very pleased with doing business with them.
Stay as far away as you can!! Sadly the image of second-hand car dealers reaffirmed. This refers to Carverse, one of their group of car companies. Helpful at point of sale. After sale – forget it. My 4 year old Kia Sportage, costing £15, 320 was delivered to me missing the rear area cover/parcel shelf. I assumed it was left out for cleaning and asked politely for it to be sorted. Told and I quote “ most don’t come with them”! Having looked at several other Kia Sportage cars, all of which had one, I know this is not true - It’s not exactly an optional extra when the car is new. Their suggestion – Go on Ebay!!!! Sad because I wanted to believe in their friendly pre- sales patter. Following this review I received a professional response by phone from David, the Manager of Carverse, assuring me he would like to put things right and will be replacing the shelf. I am confident he follow through on this. Replacement part arrived swiftly and in good condition.
David the sales manager and Julian at Honda offered an outstanding service to ensure that I had that the purchase of my new car was as easy and hastle free as possible. David was on hand pretty much 24 hours a day to answer any questions I had or sort any issues. This has been a stand out experience I have had when buying a car. If you deal with these guys you will be very happy, highly recommend!!
Placed an order on the 18th for £180 for car mats and a boot protector. After exactly a week with no contact I called them to ask for an update as my new car had arrived. They said after checking they are not in stock and dont know when it will be. No apology or sorry when have not called you. Just a statement. As in the only reason we all know whats going on with this order is I called. So i requested a refund that then took 3 working days to appear. All round very dissapointing experiance.
Purchased a year old car from them today and very happy with the service received, not at all pushy like some places I've tried. Sales man Matt was very pleasant, helpful, easy going and most importantly appeared to know his stuff. Moving from a 2006 Astra its staggering how much cars have changed over the years but Matt took us through all the ins & outs - even setting the SatNav to get us home. Certainly have doubts about recommending them to anyone looking at or considering a Mazda.
Where do I start? Their vehicle description was through rose tinted glasses. Many cosmetic issues ignored. Unfortunately I was buying at distance and had to trust them, don't ever do this with this company ! Their mot missed a defective light and 2 exhaust parts being broken. It shouldn't have passed the mot. Their pre delivery service ignored the drive chain having parts beyond their service life. They refused to fix all of the issues. They left me without a vehicle for 2 months and laughed as they said no to a loaner as a stop gap. Their sales manager asked me to send an email saying I wouldn't pursue them for any other repairs on the vehicle and they would fix just 2 of the 4 initial faults. Their branch manager was totally unprofessional and was reprimanded for his actions. They knew I lost 7% value on the vehicle after it was partly repaired by them and then finished by myself with parts supplied at the expense of the finance company, to a standard where I could just sell it on as it had used all it's warranty waiting for parts and I didn't want the worry of more underlying issues surfacing. Knowing My comments of' I'd never buy another vehicle off them', they offered me a £500 credit off another vehicle by way of compensation. Don't use them, purely because if it goes wrong, they will ignore you and be rude and abusive hoping you give up. Their managers are unprofessional under pressure this was logged and accepted to be the fact ,yet they kept their jobs Even their customer care dept. for the group dragged out a response to my complaints and issues. If you buy off them after reading this, then I hope for your sake nothing goes wrong with your vehicle. Remember my comments Description, condition, mot, service and even after care are all lacking to a point that I doubt they will be operating as a business for much longer if this is their standard.
Timewasters. Norton Way Group in the face of Michael Parker "had" interest into buying my car after I listed it on carwow. After waiting for a week to hear anything from them & got nothing, I started asking questions whether they're picking the car at all. Then I was told I have to wait for another week because they had no driver available. I kindly offered to drive the car to them if they paid for it as carwow suggest things work, to be told "they're too busy" because they deal with more than 100 cars a month. Well that isn't my problem, is it? So if you want to be messed around and have your time wasted - go to Mike Parker from Norton Way Group.
Was delighted to have arranged a test drive of the new MG EV. Elliot is a first class sales professional offering sound guidance and advice. We have yet to decide on a purchase but feel very well informed.
