We were looking for a 4x4 and found one at Henlow Car & Van Sales. The first time I called a lovely lady answered the phone and was very welcoming. I made an appointment to go down the next morning and view the vehicle. We met Nigel the next day and he could not have been nicer or more welcoming. We went out for a test drive and he explained everything that we needed to know. Nigel explained that the car would be serviced MOT'd and anything advisory would be sorted out. The vehicle was cleaned and ready for us to collect a few days later. Throughout this time Nigel kept us up to date. This is what customer service should be and I cannot fault any part of our dealing with Henlow Car Sales, I highly recommend them to anyone looking for a vehicle.

Avoid like the plague.. I brought a nissan from these guys with extended warranty for 12months. Told me it covers everything on the car for 12 months other than ware and tear items and said that's tyres and break pads . So with this i extended for a further 6 months. The car had a broken widow screen that apparently only happened that morning so they sent it for a repair and a full health check at there local garage. I collected the car 3 days later. Drive it home it was fine. Until 3 days later the car wasn't sounding to good. So I took it to my local garage which informed me the car had no oil in the engine. Henlow I called right away. And he told me to top this up myself. I didn't I got a garage to do it. With this I lost faith in the car and company I email him to return the car. His reply was we don't have no returns policy... Now 3 months on the dpf has now gone. I call the office to let them no what's happened on route to our holiday. He said take it to any garage it's covered under warranty and it didn't matter what garage it goes to. So we end up at Bocsh. To find out when they contact the warranty henlow have sold me nothing is covered £1600 later 6 weeks without a car the garage did nothing to help us. Henlow just takes your money with no after thought. He straight away gets his legal team involved and now wants the car at a nissan garage at my cost for a second opition. They robbed us of our hard earned cash. please be careful who you trust. When I did research on the car it showed the company lied about the health check on the car the garage confirmed he didn't do one and he's feed up of getting complaints regarding henlow car and van sales. And the broken window screen was like it for a year according to the online mot.

Excellent service and. The car is brilliant only problem being that I wished the car had been washed prior to pick up as had hand marks all over the mirror and could of done with a hoover inside and the windscreen is dirty apart from that can’t complain with the service

I bought a second hand Honda Jazz and was given superb service. Because I would have a long drive to Henlow I wanted to make sure the car was exactly as advertised. Alan answered all the many questions and it was ready on time, having been beautifully valeted. I can't thank him enough and would recommend Henlow Car Sales to anyone. Rush there and buy your next used car quickly!!
