Lovely old traditional fish shop. The artist Turner used to store his gear here. Great history that should be preserved.

Discusting. I ordered fish and chips tonight and it was not edible i didnt even feed it to my dogs the chips were not cooked through and white in colour and the cod was soggy and the batter was greasy it made me bork. I also ordered sausage and chips for the kids the chips were exactly the same and the sausage was as hard as a rock and inside was a cold mush i have taken pictures of this meal and i would be happy to show the owner i ended up having to order a different takeaway. This was not the first time i have had rubbish from here i gave them another shot and got the same rubbish never again will i spend my hard earned money in this fish and chip shop. YOUR A FISH AND CHIP SHOP IF YOU CANT FRY A FEW CHIPS CORRECTLY I THINK YOU SHOULD GIVE UP WHERES YOUR STANDARDS

Always excellent service and the portions are awesome! Three scoops of chips per portion and a large cod can last 2 meals. They're massive! Love it!
