Just had a half parmo, when eating it found it to be burnt under neath could not cut the chicken. Worst parmo ever, it went in the bin will not be going again.

Never again. Ordered pizza last night and spent the rest of the night in the toilet with a terrible stomach pain. Checked the food hygiene and guess what.... it’s one star

Called to place the order and was told to collect in 20 mins. I arrived after 20 mins repeated what I ordered and then watched the staff member put it in the queue to be made up. The pizza came out and then sat on top of the oven with no sign of the rest of the order joining it. I asked if the order would be ready soon and was told they were waiting for the kebab to cook but were still making up other orders with the kebab, orders that with no one to deliver were just sitting on top of the oven. After 45 mins of placing my order it was ready. Unfortunately by which point the pizza was just about warm and starting to get very chewy.

I've since found out that the shop was given 1 out of 5 for food hygiene earlier in the year. This indicates major improvement is necessary. They have no allergy information file regarding ingredients despite this being a legal requirement since December 2014. I will not be using again!
