THIS IS A RESIDENTIAL PROPERTY NOT A BUILDING SITE.  DUST SHEETS AND A JET WASH ON THE DAY OF THE DRILLING A MUST BUT NOT TO THIS FIRM !!!!.  This company does not know the meaning of house keeping.  Your property whilst they work on it will look like a building site,  They do not use dust sheets and say they will clean up once the job is done BUT DO NOT.  First day they drill holes in your walls leaving huge amounts of brick dust for you to walk in and out of your property, when asked are they going to clean up at the end of day they say the job is not finished yet.... yet nothing else is going to cause this amount of mess.  I insist on a clean so get a young lad who swills the path down.... still lots of brick dust that we are all walking in and out... hmmmm spreading it about is not cleaning.  I insist on a jet wash am told this will be done 6 days after job has started... hmmm then on the day we cannot fit it to your outside tap and it will not fit on the generator and now am told will have to wait another 2 days for a surveyor..... SURVEYOR.... to clean up seriously!?!?  me and my mop bucket and elbow grease will clean it never mind a bunch of builders who just leave mess and look at me like I am talking double dutch when I talk of dust sheet and house keeping.  If you fancy cleaning up after these people or waiting for surveyors and reports instead of elbow grease this company fit the bill.
