Do not use them Bought a van and had a freezer kit installed through them. What they don't tell you is the finance agreement starts from them releasing the van to freezer kit company which is a company they use. They took 2 months on the build yet I had to start paying from the date they released it. That's fine if that's their process but they never tell you this at the time. Plenty of other van companies out there. Sales people typically don't take any responsibility. Lady in question Emily has a terrible attitude!
Second service of Vito with 48000 miles. Costs £280 + vat Had other work done Labour cost £93.80 plus VAT an hour... Had to go in for warranty software and earthing repair. Receptionists polite. There's a waiting room. Van was dropped off the Monday night picked up Wednesday 11am Told them the van needed a third brake light replacement. They did not get this in stock weeks before I had made the booking. So I had to wait for it another day before pick. Drove the van back started making a rattling noise and smelling of burning oil. Had to drive back... Drive take 40 mins there. Turns out they did not put the plastic cover back on the engine properly which was rattling. They have spill oil which was burning off. I feel what's the point of going all that way for a Mercedes service... Local garages will do a much better job. I feel the small customer has little value to them. 30th of march 2019 Well I have noticed oil on my driveway. A quick look under the van and it's leaking. I can see oil down the side of the engine, The under engine cover is saturated in oil The cabin stinks of burnt oil. Check the oil level, half the oil is gone. Looks like it's coming from the oil filter connection. There's standing oil on the under tray Down to 1 star now, I would give less if I could. Disappointed is an understatement.

For such a big company the service is disgusting. Booked my van in for a service which included Air filter, which hadn't been changed for 50k miles and was so dirty,because they didn't have one in stock i was told it didn't need changing. Within 10 miles ov driving out from northside truck and van after a service the van was flashing to add 1litre of oil, the mechanic didn't put oil in which meant the engine cud have seized. After telling the receptionist what had happened she changed her story and try to blame me. Spoke to management who said they would look into the matter and ring me it's been 4 weeks still waiting. I don't like complaining but if I have paid for a service I expect everything done I've paid for. To make matters worse it's not the 1st time this has happend, the exact same thing was done on my 1st service this has definitely put me off buying a new Mercedes benz

Been visiting Northside for just shy of 2 decades now and I can say that the only thing that has changed is the interior, changes for the better of course, modern, comfy, entertainment and more wheelchair friendly. The whole staffing team have been second to none in my candid opinion, and I've known everyone for over 16 years. From the staff that answers the phone, to the front desk staff, through to gaffer's office and the guys in the workshop, they are all a well selected bunch of team players. I am always well looked after with services and advice to meet my needs and suit my timing. I'm on my 2nd vehicle with Northside and due to the outstanding exceptional service I receive always, a service I can trust 24/7, I remain loyally grateful and I pray that God Almighty will continue to bless you all individually and collectively, in Jesus name I pray, Amen.
This is without doubt the best service i have ever come accross..after discovering a fault with my van a phone call was made to them asking if they could assist.Upon my arrival i spoke with 2 people both polite,friendly and very helpful. After just 45 minutes i was on my again...Excellent...thank you.
Arrived at seven in the morning for an ignition module change on a first come first served basis. Waited for the job to be done rather than going home and coming back again. All done by half past eight. Pricey, compared to my local garage, but expected, as it is a main dealer with the kit I needed to complete the work. All priced before the job was started and no additions to the final bill. Content
