This is a nice addition to the community. Well done, Morrisons. Very clean and organised. This place has a bit of everything. The price for baked goods is a bit on the high side, though. I bought 3 cinnamon rolls each for £1.25. Ouch. Nevertheless, still a nice place.
Such rude staff never experienced such behaviour in my life.. sent my child into the shop whilst I sat and waited in the car for my child to come running out of the store crying due to a fully grown man and woman with glasses and ginger hair refused to let her pay for to top our gas card up as the woman was “worried” my daughter was a scammer because “she looked like one” she is 12 years old never will I shop at Morrisons again I’ve never felt so disgusted in adult’s behaviour in my life. The woman with the glass and ginger hair I hope you see this you really need training on customer service because the way you treated my daughter today was a disgrace the video of me then coming back into the shop and asking why and you laughing saying your not serving me either that’s fine the video will be posted on social media today disgraceful behaviour….
Never answer the phone I rang at least 6 times, over an order for my disabled friend that was wrong, not once’s did they ring to let her know she wasn’t going to get the items she paid for, understanding it's a local so the prices are going to be 25% higher in some cases leaves me wondering why staff members can’t be bothered to ring the customers or answer the phone at bear minimum could of been sorted in two seconds.
This is my local shop. Supposed to close at 10pm see pic but before 9.45pm they put the shutters half down and don't let any customers in. They should either change the timing to 9.45 or whatever they decide OR stay open till 10pm.nThis has happened several times and it's very frustrating.nMorrisons management take note please.
Do not go here with a gas card. Ayesha was very rude telling me that something I've been doing at that shop since November, she has never heard of!!! Very very rude customer service from the new staff at this branch. I have been going to this shop for the past 7 years and never seen or heard any sort of rude behaviour ever!!!!!! Elaine the manager needs to train her staff up! As I was told she was too busy to help today! Can't make it up!!
