I would say up until a year ago, they provided an excellent service, but as the place has gotten ever so popular, standards have fallen. The last three times I have come home to discover (actually my missis) that the bottom panel below the doors were still dirty.

Had my car vacuumed washes and hand dried,  I went to pay and asked the girl was she sure as it only cost £12.00 ... very professional and very very good at their job.
