Car was scratched at Asda, kept ringing someone from head office to tell them what happened, nothing was never done about it. Was quoted £450 for the damage.

I had my car cleaned by Hands On at my local Sainsbury's store and was shocked afterwards to find four panels badly scratched as if something abrasive had been used. I spoke with the Hands On Supervisor and the man who had cleaned my car, and the damage was acknowledged. I was told that the manager would contact me, but he never did. Eventually, due to my persistence, I was sent a complaint form to complete & return to their Ebbsfleet Business Park address, which I did, along with photos of the damage and a written quote of £650 to repair the damage. I have not received any response to my complaint, despite my phoning and emailing to enquire after it. When I have phoned, I have been told that the manager will return my call, but, after 5 months, he still hasn't! I've spoken with the Sainsbury's manager to be told that Hands On is no longer contracted to clean cars in their car park, so they can no longer intervene on my behalf. The lack of response just adds 'insult to injury'.

Awful, went recently to get my Mini One washed and I was approached and advised I just wanted the outside cleaned, which is normally £7.00. I was told because my car is not a smooth vehicle that it would be £10.00. I told them to forget it, taking advantage I believe!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! The sign says £7.00, why would I pay £10.00
