From start to finish working with Vincent has been outstanding. This isn’t a paid post or a friend post it’s a genuine client. We were on route to the airport for our summer holiday whilst on the phone to Vincent giving him our details and answering all of the questions. Just after we returned from our holiday our mortgage was approved. It was seamless and easy. We had previously applied with the bank and waited 3 months to be declined for an anomaly. I can’t recommend Vincent enough, but I do think he deserves a long holiday. Emailing after 8pm should be banned for everybody however this shows how much he cares about his clients. He is always available no matter what time of the day. Do not hesitate to get in contact! He is worth every penny.
Vinny has been absolutely fantastic helping my husband and I arrange our life insurance. The service he provides is outstanding. He explained everything clearly, answered all of my questions and listened and considered all of our needs. He wasn’t pushy at all in getting us to purchase something we didn’t need. We can’t thank him enough for all of his help. Highly recommend!
I wish I could give 7* to Northern Mortgage and especially Mr Fraser. I am very happy with the service I received from northern mortgage. Quick and efficient, got my loan according to my requirement. A couple of other companies said I can not get a loan for my home according to my requirement but I am very lucky that Mr Fraser dealt with my case and he arranged the exactly amount that I needed. Highly recommended!

Faultless service. We have been working with Nicky to complete multiple mortgages simultaneously. As stated above his customer service as well as his quality of work is second to none. Nicky has gone above and beyond to make sure we have a clear understanding of each process along with giving us additional information, which we didn't even need to request. We will be recommending Nicky to anyone who is in need of a mortgage broker whether they be, a first time buyer or experienced investor. We have used multiple brokers in the past and I can confidently say none come close to Nicky's quality of service. It goes without saying that we will be using Nicky for all of our future BTL and Residential mortgages.

Can't recommend Vincent enough, from day 1 he was at the end of a phone call whenever needed and was a knowledge guru for someone like me who was a first time buyer, he also helped recommend a solicitor who was excellent throughout the whole process which also helped as they already had a working relationship. Fraser was extremely helpful and professional, and really listened to my needs. Most impressive is that he got me my mortgage offer in less than a week. I’ve remortgaged numerous times and never had an offer so quickly. The paperwork was clear to understand and it was great to be able to visit their office for and in person appointment too.
