Refused to let me book a taxi because it inconvenienced them! Shameful.

Downgraded my review. Driver turned up on time when I booked the taxi in the morning. I booked the return journey based on this positive experience and waited more than 90 minutes without a taxi. Called dispatch to find out that the driver had taken another date. Will not be using them again.

Rubbish i booked a car on saturday for monday morning to take my dog for his op they were half an hour late i booked a wait and return for today to collect my dog and its already late and its still going to be 15minutes so yet again over half an hour late and no reasonable reason for being late i have run a switch for many years and you have no reason for a pre booked car to arrive late thats why people prebook
