Absolutely shocking and disgusting service this morning!! Dont even know where to start,so I guess from the beginning.. I wanted my wife to go to the Southsea train station by taxi this morning,due to weather.She had to be there 07:30am.. I have booked a taxi for her at 06:42am,to be picked up at 07:20am!! The citywide app was showing 5 min waiting time..so wayyyy wayyyy in advance ...at 07:17am I have received the usual sms saying car is on way and I can click to track.which I did and guess what,there was nothing to track! Immediately called the office seeking explanation to why the hell did I book over 30 min in advance,when 3 min before the pick up time there is no car..of course the woman on the phone didnt give a damn just care free way she stated my booking is now on the top of the list!!Oh haaang on lady,my wife is going to work by train and you are telling me this BS?!its now 07:20 and my wife needs to catch the train so can you please explain to me why there is no car and how long till it arrives?!of course I raised my voice,wouldnt you?evrytime there is some problem,nobe of these operators will ever admit mistakes,instead they go offebsive right away!Aquacars,Citywide..doent matter..staff doesnt care your wife needs to be in Southampton and missing train is not an option...so this operator lady after unable to handle criticism..she was like I gonna connect to my..whoever that was!..this is where it all gets to a whole new level!!now its 07:21 and my wife starting to stress out and me even more!the guy is like whats up,whats the problem?! I asked for explanation as I still had none and he just slacked me off telling me to calm down,the car is at Museum Road!since we live at Elm Grove I was like allright!..then I clicked to track the car..do you know where it was?Queen Street,Harbour!!that was the last drop and my blood was boiling,so I called back straight away to tell this lovely man how dares he lie to me?!to what I was told to go elswhere as they dont need my custom!!Bravo Citywide,be sure you will see me in the office,got screen shot of times and stages of this lovely experience!!..and you wonder you are losing customers? You or Aquacars,same thing,you need to step up your game on the customer service

I went to pay then the driver Was extremely rude to me demanding me to go to a cash point whenbi didn't even know that the £10.00 note was not valid then told me I had an attitude.

Booked a taxi an hour before to pick my children up from school but it didn't arrived, phoned them twice and asked how long it will take they kept saying 5 minutes... 1 minute!! But NOTHING arrived. I was terribly late and the lady on the phone was very rude! Waste of time.

I find them helpful, reliable, polite and they are a local business, so why wouldn't I use them?
