Absolutely awful. Illegal Ccj for a parking fine which i was given on a Sunday which is free parking.nGiven 14 days to reply even though I only got the form 10 days after it was so called posted. Nothing on the court form was true or proven yet the courts allow these bullies to keep suppressing money from vulnerable people.nI have honestly lost all faith in this country, not one person is honest and law abiding, too busy making it a business to scam people out of money under threat of the law!!! Im utterly disgusted.
I am extremely disappointed with my experience at the Northampton Family Court. The level of bias displayed by the judge during the hearing was truly alarming. Instead of making a fair and balanced decision based on evidence, the court seemed to completely disregard crucial facts and documentation.nnAs a father, I felt that my concerns and requests were entirely ignored, as if my role in my child’s life was insignificant. The court showed no genuine effort to understand my perspective, nor did they consider the impact of their decision on my relationship with my child. Instead of following the principles of fairness and impartiality, the hearing felt one-sided and predetermined.nnFurthermore, there was a lack of professionalism and empathy throughout the process. The proceedings were rushed, with little opportunity to properly present my case. Key evidence was either dismissed or overlooked, and at no point did I feel that my voice was truly heard. The entire experience left me feeling helpless and disillusioned with a system that should be prioritizing the well-being of children and fairness for both parents.nnIt is deeply concerning that a court responsible for such critical family matters can fail so completely in ensuring justice. I sincerely hope that changes are made to address these issues so that future cases are handled with the fairness, integrity, and professionalism that families deserve.
As a decent and honest landlord, with a tenant who hadn't paid anything for a year and who refused to let workmen in to fix the roof, or repair the walls, I feel totally let down by the court and the judges.nnAfter having to pay hundreds of pounds to have two separate judges siding with the tenant, we eventually agreed to waive all that he owed us in order for him to agree that he would leave.nnBut of course he didn't leave and so then I had to pay more money for bailiffs to evict him, but this took Northampton Crown Court a further 4 months to send them around!nnBoth court sessions were delayed, and on the first occasion they lost ALL of our paperwork and the judge had to use our spare copy and then she incorrectly interpreted it and threw the case out for no good reason! We discussed it with a solicitor afterwards who agreed she had made a mistake, and we were going to make an official complaint, but we thought it might impact the situation negatively, so didn't bother in the end.nnI thought that both judges were unpleasant, unfair and unprofessional and they come across as if they were superior human beings which they clearly were not. Neither of them listened to the facts of the case properly and both sided with the tenant, who was basically a liar and a cheat, and the way he left the house was an absolute disgrace! I hope to never have to come back to this court or meet any of these people ever again.
Issue ccj automatically due to me not responding within 14 days. I did not receive court papers. To set aside £339 how extortionate debts for only £303. Need to allow more time and second letter. This is money making hoping to win on default
