This is the BEST local Post Office & village shop! The customer service is top notch and the shop is well stocked…you can avoid the supermarket and get all that you need here when you’re in need of a midweek top up shop.

I love this shop and post office.  Pauline the post mistress is efficient, professional, friendly, warm and a great sense of humour.  Pauline goes the extra mile and is a good reason to nip in there, just for a smile, chat and pick me up, even if you don't have actual post office business!  As for the rest of the shop, it is brilliant.  An excellent range of organic, healthy, natural products as well as all other essentials you would expect to find.  Lovely cards,  some gifts, especially at Christmas, plants, and they are always willing to stock something you might want to regularly buy.  It is run by friendly and welcoming local volunteers.  A real centre point to Woodchester.  BIG FAN :

A great village shop makes a great village! Pauline, the sub-postmistress, is always helpful and the volunteer shop staff are friendly and knowledgeable. A great variety of surprising food, drink and other stock.

Lovely local post office. I love coming in after work to post my parcels. The staff are always so helpful and friendly, and the little shop is a delight.nI highly recommend this post office, thank you to the volunteers that keep this lovely village shop open.
