Excellent service. Thanks Scott The guys at this company provide a proper personal service which is sadly very rarely available now. Nothing is too much trouble for the lads here. Scott who has served me more recently really got me out of trouble he spent a lot of time finding a redundant door seal that I could not obtain anywhere else. The prices are also very competitive its not worth shopping around. Cheers Lads Col

Very impressed. Best price I could find for a couple of locks on the internet. Shipping could be cheaper, but even so still much cheaper than elsewhere.

I can tell about key cutting orders - it is absolutely disgusting service. Above the fact that they are very slow and reluctant (you need to coordinate each their single step), it is only half of the trouble. They simply take your payment and start ignoring your requests sent over email. Phone calls are not helping much - they will deny everything told to you previously. Well, it should be good practice to record their calls then. It will be quite fair to ask to withdraw their license.
