Outstanding customer service! I called Saturday morning to ask someone to come and fix a fault on my boiler. Within 45 minutes I had somebody at my house looking at it. Due to the age of the boiler, it was decided a new one was the best option. This was installed there and then. Within a few hours it was up and running. Everything was explained to me fully and the service was very professional. Aftercare was also exceptional when I had a query the following day Sunday evening!. Would not hesitate to recommend these guys.

Fantastic service. So responsive and nothing is too much of a problem. I have called them out several times for different problems and they’ve come the same day and resolved the issue. Would not hesitate to recommend them.

Requested a new boiler on Tuesday, arrived on Wednesday to complete installation. All works completed to a very high standard by professionals who know their business. Can't recommend these guys enough and are my new contacts for all things central heating!

Great service received today. I smelled a gas leak and he came asap to get the issue rectified within 30 minutes of diagnosis.  Thanks again.

205 5 star reviews says it all but here's my 10c. My boiler 'went' on Xmas day, the absolute worst time possible. I had people come round and promise to send a quote etc etc and never did and had no intention of doing so. Shamsul Islam is a gentleman and he knows his job inside out. He explained the different options and fitted the parts the very day they came and 2 days before the agreed date to make things easier for me. Thank you Shamsul you're a top bloke and good luck with your business

Quick service, was out within 20 minutes of phoning and had our boiler up and running within half an hour! Nice polite friendly service couldn’t recommend more.

Arrived within half an hour, fixed the problem with minimum fuss, didn’t charge the earth and very pleasant gentleman. Would highly recommend.

Very pleased with our new boiler that was installed by North East gas. Great customer care, and very quick and professional, couldn't fault the work that was done. Worked very hard. Really appreciate how much they where  considering our safety and also how it was dealt with without causing to much hassle for ourselves. Defo recommend North East to anyone.
