Plenty of party content for all types of party - birthdays, special occasions, anniversaries etc. Masses of balloon types which they can inflate with helium for you and provide weights for purchase. Nice helpful staff. Plenty of quirky functional fancy dress upstairs - may not be the best but good value.
This is a picture of what was left after my large pink heart balloon escaped from the torn bag stuck together with tape escaped when I opened my car door!!!! The shop does don’t have a large enough bag even though I paid for it. They split the bag and stuck it with tape. As I removed the balloon from my car I was holding the bag and the string. I was left holding the bag and string as the balloon soared into the sky. To say I am extremely upset is an understatement. The string was obviously not attached to the balloon. Thankfully I had bought three smaller balloons
I love this shop the staff are helpful & fab selection.
For the second time in 3 years today I bought some very expensive helium balloons that were flat within 20 minutes. The store policy seems to default to the customer having to prove no fault and there is no offer of any timely solutions to rectifying the situation. There also appears to be no consideration of sale of goods requirements. I have stuck with this shop as I want to support local businesses but after about £75 wasted over the last couple of years I will now be going elsewhere.
Great shop for long lasting balloons.brought some at Christmas and lasted long time! A massive thank you for arranging my balloons for Baby Shower. I left it till the day to get done and a lovely lady sorted them for me within half an hour.she saved the day.! Everyone loved them.thank you
Had a surprisingly large array of fake moustaches which made my fella and his mates happy. It's surprising how big this store is? The front kind of looks small and unassuming, but its massive and has an upstairs, where you'll find the fake facial hair. Staff are young, friendly and helpful. 5 stars for your beards
After using the non stop party shop for 10+ years- I won’t be using them again! Very disappointed. I wake up today to no balloons afloat this morning- some of the balloons I gave was faulty and rather then call me up and tell me so I could pay for replacements before arriving to collect my order, they waited til the end of the day for me to come in and tell me some of my balloons was faulty. That left me balloons down for the baby shower im hosting today- then to top it off I come down and I can’t believe that balloons that have been treated haven’t lasted over night and are sitting on the floor???. I paid extra so have them treated so that they would stay up. Just feel like Iv been conned out of £20 for nothing. I use non stop for balloons for my children’s birthdays every year- My sisters and my mums birthday, Mother’s Day etc every single year! I am completely disgusted in the way my order has been dealt with and that I’m left a disappointed customer with no balloons for a baby shower I’m hosting today. And to top of off the balloons I gave had remaining balloons left over. Did you give these back to me! NO! Was I asked again to pay for sacks!! Yes .. when I had already paid!
Very knowledgeable ladies, well stocked place. Lots of fancy dress ideas & props. Found they hire out shaped cake tins for not a lot of money - much better than buying something you probably won't use again - I fancied the aeroplane or the golf bag & clubs...
Very helpful staff and friendly. They recommended the helium balloon I got for my sons 1st birthday would last about 4 days maximum. It is still up and hasn't fallen at all after three weeks. Can't believe it.
Lots of stock. Friendly staff who really helped out with a last minute order. Prepares my balloons to a great standard. Would definitely use them again.
